This appears to be a law office. It was actually just a set in the photographers studio. I think I like plain backgrounds better.

That must be trick photography. Willette's hair was never that red. She is, and always has been, a strawberry blonde. Her mother is 89 and still has very little grey hair. I guess it runs in the family.
When I was a toddler, my hair was so blonde it looked almost white. But it soon became brown and by the time I was grown, it was black.
Now it is going back to blonde.
As Red Skeleton used to say, I don't explain 'em. I just tell 'em.
